Professional Sky Climbing Service has been cleaning the windows for Sky Harbor International Airport since April of 2008. In that time they conducted their business professionally and provided service at a very high level. During the economic downturn, I requested a meeting with Mr. Gould to discuss options to reduce our budget and he immediately showed up with a well-thought-out game plan that still provided great service to the airport. We have never had major issues with this contractor, but even small concerns or requests are met with quick, courteous response.
