What started as a small window cleaning company, has grown to become one of the largest commercial window cleaning companies in Arizona. We’ve been in the valley for over 45 years, which is longer than any other similar service, so you can depend on us to be here tomorrow and for years to come.

Enrique Hernandez, President/CEO

Enrique moved to Arizona in 1999. He and his wife, Taryn Hernandez, reside in the Valley with their two boys.

Enrique joined the company in 2005 as a trainee, and quickly progressed into a professional window cleaner. On January 1, 2011, he was promoted to work in the office as the General Manager. On February 25, 2017, he was promoted to Vice-President of the Company.

On January 1, 2025, he and his wife purchased the company from Paul Gould and his wife.

Paul’s mentorship and dedication to Enrique’s success over the years will never be forgotten. Enrique and Taryn have been entrusted with carrying on the legacy of both Clarence and Paul and the business in which they have built.

Clarence Gould, Founder

Clarence moved to Phoenix in 1978 and started the Company in 1979. He maintained a role in the Company, up to his death in 2020, at 91 years old.

Paul Gould, Director

Paul moved to Arizona in 1982 with his wife, to help his father with a small window cleaning company. Paul’s goal was to bring professionalism to the window cleaning industry and to run the company like a business. On November 12, 1987, Paul became President of the Company and maintained the day-to-day operations. Over the years, the company has grown to become one of the largest commercial window cleaning companies in Arizona. Paul and his wife sold the company to Enrique and his wife on January 1, 2025. As a Director, Paul remains a vital part of the Company.

Cuauhtémoc (Temo) Gasca, Supervisor

Temo joined the Company in 1999. He is trained and knowledgeable with all phases of window cleaning. For many years, he was the lead cleaner for all swing stage work. In 2016, he was promoted to Supervisor and is responsible for the daily operations of the window cleaning crews.

Our Crew

Our professional window cleaners are employees of the company and are covered by our general liability and workman compensation policies. They are all trained in the latest and safest techniques in the window cleaning industry and will provide professional, quality service, that will not impact your tenants.
